采用自动成型设备，单条放料，精密定位导向辊定位，多条金属带同步前进，机械手压胶，料带检测，ＰＬＣ编程控制，自动成型，成型后的产品为卷盘状，此设备的特点是采用盘式供料，能适应客户全自动、半自动及手工卷绕封装工艺。
Automatic molding equipment is adopted, where material is discharged via a single metal belt, positioning is made by a precise guide roll, multi metal belts advance simultaneously, gluing is made by robot arm, material and belts are detected and controlled by PLC program, and molding is made automatically. Products after molding are rolled into coils. Characteristics of this equipment is tray feeding which is adaptive to fully automatic, semi automatic and manual winding and packing process of customers.

使用金属带自动收放卷清洗设备。每条金属带在溶液中自动收放卷，金属带两面的各部位与溶液充分接触，溶液连续循环补充，从而确保每卷金属带清洗的一致性，使每卷金属带耐化学腐蚀性能均一。 |
金属带分切成条状，放入清洗篮或池中叠片清洗。由于表面张力的作用，外力短时间内难于将已层叠的每条铝带或镍带完全分散。清洗质量受叠片数量、片与片之间重叠、溶液补充等因素的影响，存在金属带叠片部位处理效果相差大的可能性，造成金属带耐化学腐蚀性能不一致，从而影响极耳的稳定性。 |
